Advanced Authentication in Duo

For services that deal with sensitive information, certain individuals will be prompted with enhanced DUO security prompts involving the DUO app.

1. When logging into a DUO protected portal you will first enter your LIU Credentials.
   
2. you may see a screen asking you to verify. accept the request using the Duo option
   
3. After entering your credentials and verifying, you will be presented with a three digit code
   
4. On your phone, open the Duo app and enter the code. You must do this within 20 seconds or the code becomes invalid.
