Recent FedEx Phishing Emails

We have received an increased number of malicious emails pretending to be from FedEx.

We have put some samples up on the phish bowl so that you can see what they look like.

This is a familiar trick used by attackers to trick you into opening links or attachments in email.

Please be vigilant when clicking on links in emails.  FedEx does not send unsolicited emails to customers requesting information regarding packages, invoices, account numbers, passwords or personal information.

If you are expecting a package from FedEx or sent one, instead of clicking the link in the email, copy the tracking number and paste into the FedEx site to track your shipments.  Using this method will ensure that you do not click a malicious link in an email by mistake.

Please be very careful with clicking links within emails.
